Note: Tasman District policy only covers Golden Bay. Areas with policies mean that shops within the area, or part of the area, can choose to trade on Easter Sunday - any employee has the right to refuse to work on Easter Sunday without reason. Map is based on which territorial authorities have lodged an Easter Sunday shop trading policy with MBIE under s5 of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1990.
