Voter party affiliation by congressional district

Nonaffiliated voters make up Oregon's largest voter bloc except in the Portland-based 3rd Congressional District, where Democrats make up 43% of registered voters. The 2nd Congressional District bordering Idaho has the greatest ratio of Republican voters.
