Bell-to-bell ban: Schools' approaches to personal communication devices

The Concord Monitor surveyed principals at every K-8, middle, and high school in our coverage area about how they were implementing the statewide bell-to-bell ban on personal communication devices. Thirteen of 27 principals completed the survey.

Policies considered most restrictive are in red, while those considered least restrictive are ingreen.

High schools are highlighted and middle and K-8 schools are in grey.

Responses were collected Aug. 19 - 25.

Principals from the following schools did not respond to the survey: Allenstown Community School, Andover Elementary/Middle School, Belmont Middle School, Bow High School, Chichester Central School, Coe-Brown Northwood Academy, Concord High School, Henniker Community School, Hillsboro-Deering High School, Hillsboro-Deering Middle School, Hopkinton Middle/High School, Kearsarge Regional High School, Pittsfield Middle High School, and Weare Middle School.
