Locality spending of opioid funds on EMS

This chart shows how localities spent nearly $3.6 million in opioid settlement funds supporting EMS between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.

EMS was the third highest expenditure by localities, accounting for 21.5% of all opioid settlement dollars spent by local governments over Fiscal Year 2024. See the accompanying table for details on expenditures.
