Impact on headline CPI for interest rate sensitive prices

Interest rates drive some prices down like house prices and real estate commissions but other prices up like rent or mortgage interest. Many prices aren't affected at all by interest rates. This is the effect each of these prices is having on the headline CPI rate which was 2.8% in June 2023.
