A line chart showing the share of full-time employed U.S. adults who work remotely at least part of the time. From 2013 to 2019 the rates hovered between 20-25%. Data collection was suspended in 2020 due to COVID-19. In 2021 the rate jumped to 40% and has remained steady at 35% for 2022 and 2023.
