In 39 Cebu towns/cities, One Cebu was the majority, while 33 mayoral candidates that won were One Cebu

The map below shows which party won the most number of seats in the 2025 elections in the towns and cities of Cebu. Only Cordova town had two parties that were tied with the most number of positions won.
