ResiClub's housing distress metric includes mortgages that are 30 to 89 days past due, 90 to 180 days past due, in foreclosure, or in forbearance

Foreclosure = "Foreclosure, bankruptcy or deed-in-lieu." Because credit bureau reporting uses discrete status codes, loans that are 61–89 days delinquent are reported as “60 days past due” and therefore fall into the National Mortgage Database’s “30 or 60 days past due” category. As a result, that category effectively captures loans that are 30 to 89 days delinquent.
