Dallas Love Field's air traffic soared after Wright Amendment restrictions lifted in October 2014

Until October 2014, airlines were limited to fly to just eight states from Dallas Love Field due to the Wright Amendment and related federal law. A compromise dropped those rules in 2014, but limits the airport to 20 gates.
