2022 Q2 highest crude COVID-19 mortality rates per state, including lower incidence deaths among smaller groups

The hexagon in each state represents the race/ethnicity group with the highest crude mortality rate for the second quarter of 2022. The sizes of the hexagons are proportional to the magnitude of the rate represented. Rates are calculated by APM Research Lab using CDC data and include data from smaller groups.
