STATE NOTE. Results reflect state assessments administered to grades 3-8, including the MCAP Early Fall Assessment (2021) and the MCAP (2022-2026); 2026 results accessed 7/29/26. Trends across assessments are included here for reference only. Math results here only reflect students taking the grade 3-8 assessment, and not any students taking high school assessments; in 2026, students taking high school assessments include 36.2% of 8th grade students, 12.9% of 7th grade students, and 0.4% of 6th grade students. "Proficiency" here includes students achieving levels 3 or 4 on the MCAP.
SUBGROUP NOTE. Student subgroups may be defined differently depending on the State Education Agency (SEA), and not all subgroups are available from all SEAs (some subgroups may not have available data across all years or select years). SWD= Students with disabilities; EL = English learners.
