People waiting for kidney transplants by race/ethnicity

A disproportionate share of the people waiting for a kidney transplant in Georgia are Black. A third of Georgia's population is Black, but Black people make up two thirds of the people waiting for a kidney transplant. Nationally, the racial disparities are less stark.
