Hash Rate Variability

Analysis of the variance between highest and lowest reported value for companies that disclosed multiple types of hashrates: - month-end hashrate, - average monthly hashrate, - total hashrate.
As many companies analyzed reported a single hash rate value without specification of its type, we analyzed the variability of different types of hashrates metrics among companies that reported more than one metric in each period observed and assessed the reliability of hashrate data using the variance between highest and lowest reported value for such companies.
