Downtown St. Paul conversion recommendations

The St. Paul Downtown Alliance hired architectural firm Gensler to evaluate 20 office properties for the potential of commercial office to residential properties. These 10 properties were identified as potential locations to change office space into living space, with the potential to add an estimated 3,951 residential units within downtown St. Paul.
