The scores are from a survey of experts who ranked each strategy on a scale of 1 to 5. For nearly every strategy, priority received a higher score than feasibility, but to varying degrees. For example, bolstering the public-health workforce in rural and remote regions received a priority score of 4.6 out of 5, and a feasibility score of 3.4 out of 5; training community volunteers to distribute PPE and vaccines received a priority score of 3.8 and a feasibility score of 3.9.
