The map shows the percentage of each congressional district's residents enrolled in Medi-Cal. For example, 67% of residents in Congressional District 22 are enrolled in Medi-Cal. Darker blue signals a higher rate of Medi-Cal enrollment while lighter green signals lower enrollment. On a statewide basis, 38% of residents are enrolled in Medi-Cal. The map also shows total Medi-Cal spending by district, which ranges from approximately $2 billion to $6 billion per district.
