Approved citizenship applications per nationality. The figures include any underage children who were granted citizenship alongside their parents, as well as citizenships granted on appeal in court. The majority of granted citizenships in April and May were "citizenship through notification" – an easier route to Swedish citizenship available to for example children and Nordic citizens. The table does not include stateless applicants or cases where the applicant's nationality was unknown.
