Lake Powell approaches minimum hydropower generation

Lake Powell's level, once high enough to release extra water downstream in dry years, is now close to its minimum hydropower level, below which it will no longer drive turbines in Glen Canyon Dam to produce electricity. Reaching the point called "deadpool" would mean no water flows downstream.
