This map of Pittsburgh neighborhoods shows where the recent valid sales prices for residential properties are relatively close to, or far from, the current Full Base Year Market Values assigned by Allegheny County. Generally, where sales prices are relatively close to, or below, base year values, appeals are more likely to result in reduced tax bills.
