Increase in home value, September 2009 to September 2019

In the past 10 years, Chicago's home values have grown the least among a dozen major cities, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices.

Note: The indices do not provide data for two major U.S. cities, Houston and Philadelphia.
