Black Philadelphians Made Up A Smaller Share of Vaccinations at FEMA Site Than Other Providers

In the FEMA site’s first week, 13% of vaccinations went to Black Philadelphians. For the rest of the city’s providers, 30% of vaccinations went to Black recipients.
