Carrier authorities still suspended for insurance reasons, by date of the suspension

CAB took a snapshot of carriers who had active authority before the Motus transition and whose authority had since been suspended for not having adequate insurance on file -- the chart below shows the number of carriers still suspended, with the timeline illustrating the date they were suspended. All carriers reflected in the chart have active policies on file as of Aug. 28, 2026, that appear to match their minimum requirement with FMCSA.
