Notes: *Some states have a more than 100% voting registration rate because the population data used to calculate the number of eligible voters was taken from the 2019 1-year American Community Survey from the Census. The 2020 data was not available at the time the report was finalized. Thus, some states may have reported more active registered voters than estimated voting-age population because the 2019 voting-age population data is being compared to 2020 voting data.
** North Dakota does not have voter registration.
