10 Highest Paid County Employees in California in 2017
Statewide data from 2017, collected by the California State Controller’s Office, show that seven of the 10 top-paid county employees worked at San Joaquin County General and eight of the top 10 were surgeons.
Note: Monterey County failed to report; reports from Contra Costa and Humboldt counties were non-compliant.
