This map depicts new residential neighborhoods that have been approved, built or are currently under construction across Sussex County since 2020. The developments shown include a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, apartments and condominium-style housing. Some neighborhoods were selected based on CoastTV’s previous reporting, while others reflect growth we’ve observed firsthand while covering and living in the community.
