An area chart showing the annual share of U.S. bachelor's degrees granted, by race and ethnicity between 2013 and 2022. The share of degrees awarded to Black people has remained steady at around 10%. The share awarded to Hispanic people grew from 10.5% to 17%, the share awarded to Asian people increased from 7% to 8.9% and the share awarded to white people declined from 68.8% to 58.8%.
