Pacific Gas and Electric Co. will open Community Resource Centers in areas affected by the utility's Public Safety Power Shutoff beginning Wednesday at 8 a.m. The centers, which will be open during daylight hours, will provide bottled water, charging stations for electronics, air-conditioned seating areas with a 100-person capacity and restrooms.
