The CHP did not report a freeway shooting in the following 19 counties: Alpine, Calaveras, Colusa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Glenn, Inyo, Lake, Mariposa, Modoc, Napa, Nevada, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Sutter, Trinity and Tuolumne counties.
