Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) rule adopting states
Including California, 11 states have committed to adopt California’s ACT rule for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles under Section 177 of the Clean Air Act. The states will adopt the regulations over a three-year period. Hover over each state to see which year the regulations will take effect.
