Narcotics Act (NarcA): Evolution of offences "sells or prescribes narcotic substances, or otherwise procures for such substances for another or places such substances on the market" by substance

Offences "sells or prescribes narcotic substances, or otherwise procures for such substances for another or places such substances on the market" replace drug trafficking offences as of January 1, 2021, following the implementation of the new harmonized list. Therefore, in tables and charts, data on offences "sells or prescribes narcotic substances, or otherwise procures for such substances for another or places such substances on the market" should not be compared with data on drug trafficking offences.
