Homeless point-in-time count in Santa Cruz County

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development mandates point-in-time counts at least every two years. The count was skipped in 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and Santa Cruz County switched to annual counts thereafter.
