Philly Bars Waiting for Permit Approval for Late Hours During the World Cup

As of Wednesday evening, The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board had approved 17 permit applications allowing Philadelphia bars and restaurants to stay open until 4 a.m. for the duration of the World Cup. Another 42 are awaiting approval.
