Four census tracts in Oakland have a high concentration of Black households with low incomes

For this analysis, “high income” corresponds to the 80th percentile of Oakland’s household income distribution ($150,000 a year or more) and “low income” corresponds to the 20th percentile of the household income distribution ($40,000 a year or less).
