Super PAC Spending

Independent expenditure committees -- known as Super PACS -- can raise and spend unlimited funds, but are barred from coordinating with candidates directly. No Super PACs have emerged to support Brandon Johnson, but others have spent nearly $1.3 million either opposing him or directly supporting Paul Vallas with TV or digital ads.
