First and Second Department decisions, 2007-2023. Measure 1 lists the total numbers of years that the appellate court reduced from sentences imposed by the judge. Measure 2 lists the total years reduced after automatic lowering of the sentences (if applicable) pursuant to Penal Law 70.30.
