Police chiefs are protective of officers' camera footage

In a series of surveys in specific U.S. cities and across the nation as a whole, researchers found that police chiefs and civilians of all races agree officers' body-camera footage should be made public after police shoot someone. But they differ markedly on when that footage should be released.
