Note: Credit size is percentage of federal EITC amount. ITIN Inclusion indicates whether the credit can be accessed by immigrant tax filers using Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN) in lieu of Social Security Numbers (SSN). Revenue data come from various official state sources and come from FY2027 estimates when available. Delaware, Missouri, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, and Vermont estimates are from FY2026. New Mexico estimate is from FY2025. Illinois, Maryland, and Wisconsin estimates are from FY2024, Kansas, Michigan, and Nebraska are from TY2024. Hawaii, Iowa, and Oklahoma published estimates are older than FY2024. No accurate estimate exists for Montana, Utah, and Virginia's existing EITCs.
