Connecting Phnom Penh to sea

The upcoming Funan Techo Canal is part of a development masterplan involving 174 projects costing US$36.6 billion (S$50 billion). The 10-year strategy includes 94 roads, eight railway lines and 23 inland waterway transport projects.
