Access to Early Outpatient Covid Treatments Was Uneven
Among non-hospitalized people with covid, white patients received monoclonal antibody treatments more often than other groups.
Chart shows monthly data by race and for Hispanic patients from November 2020 through August 2021. Over time, rates for each grouped increased somewhat but disparities continued. White patients consistently got treated more often that all other groups. Final values are white: 6.3%. Black: 3.9%. Hispanic: 2.2%. Asian: 3.4%.
