Few say US is headed in right direction

A new AP-NORC poll finds only about a quarter of Americans believe the country is headed in the right direction. That figure dropped further this month after a decline earlier this year amid the COVID-19 crisis.

Results based on interviews with 1,310 U.S. adults conducted June 11–15. The margin of error is ±3.7 percentage points for the full sample.
