GOP Gaining Support in Tampa's Hispanic Outskirts

In the northwestern suburbs of the Tampa metro area—the most Hispanic parts of the metro—voters have drifted toward Republicans. After opposing Trump by 30% in 2016, House District 64 significantly warmed to him. And after opposing Gov. DeSantis in 2018, the district voted for him by a slim margin in 2022.
