Meatpacking plant outbreaks are mostly in rural counties

Of the counties with Covid-19 outbreaks at meatpacking plants, 53 (52%) are rural, 21 (21%) are small metropolitan areas, 14 (14%) are mid-size metropolitan areas, and 14 (14%) are major metropolitan areas.
