Which justices’ judgments are cited most often?

Judgments published in the Supreme Court’s Nepal Kanoon Patrika (NKP) are treated as precedent and are binding on lower courts and subordinate benches. Between mid-April 2019 and mid-April September 2025, Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma authored judgments that were cited only three times in total, and in all three instances the citations came from benches in which he was also a member.
