Turns out, that MBA degree was worth it...in terms of job satisfaction, at least. MBAs posted higher scores in every category except Travel Requirements. Notably, MBA satisfaction came in far higher in International Opportunities, Client Interaction, and the Ability to Challenge decisions. Pay and promotion scores were also higher among MBAs.
