Placer County Latino and Asian voting power with proposed maps

In each new proposed district -- with the exception of a small dip for Latinos in District 3 ---Latino and Asian voters in Placer County will have more voting power than they currently do in congressional elections. It's also more reflective of Placer County's demographics, where in 2023 Hispanics and Asians made up nearly 16% and 9% of the population, respectively.
