In this second grouping of full-time MBA programs, Penn State's Smeal College of Business took the biggest beating, dropping eight places to rank 41st. It was the steepest drop of any Top 50 business school. The University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business, on the other hand, rose nine spots to place 41st.
