It might surprise many to know that in a typical year as many as one in four students who graduate from Harvard Business School don't even look for a job. In 2020, in fact, only 72% of the graduates sought employment, the lowest percentage in five years. So what does the rest of the class do? Last year, when the pandemic raged and new hiring lagged, 13% returned to their original employers and 11% launched a startup.
