Residential construction price index

This quarterly index measures the change over time in the prices that contractors charge to construct residential buildings in different census metropolitan areas.

Prices in the year 2017 are taken as the baseline, which is set as 100. (So an index value of 150, for example, means a 50% increase over 2017 prices.)
