States that grow water-intensive crops despite crop diversity, show higher fertiliser consumption

Value shows NPK consumption for each state compared to all-India consumption (tonnes/hectare). 

States with green bars (Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka) have relatively more diversity than the ones with red bars. NPK stands for Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium.
