Some demographic groups were more likely to have worked in the 2 years before experiencing homelessness than other demographic groups

Gender and household composition groups are mutually exclusive. Individuals are classified into all race and ethnicity categories to which they identify, with one exception. Consistent with LAHSA reporting practices to address a data collection issue, those who reported both Hispanic ethnicity and White race are only classified as Hispanic and excluded from the White category. In this sample, 29% of individuals are represented in multiple race/ethnicity categories.
